85 years ago, the Peabody Hotel toasted American Aviator Charles Lindbergh with a special dinner here in Memphis, celebrating the first ever solo flight across the Atlantic. Now, Chez Philippe Chef Ryan Spruhan is recreating history and the menu from that night as part of the hotel’s “Historic Dinner Series”.
