Homicide rates have increased in Memphis and Memphis Police Director Tony Armstrong is quoted as saying that 8 of 10 murders that happened in our city are domestic.
Most of those murders stemmed from arguments.
Director Armstrong said we can solve this problem if we learn anger management techniques and practice them.
