Reducing violent crime was the topic of a joint meeting of the Memphis City Council and Shelby County Commission this past weekend.
The meeting also included the Tennessee the Department of Safety and Homeland Security Commissioner Bill Gibbons.
Memphis City Council members Wanda Halbert and Bill Boyd joined us to talk about the issue.
