Shelby County Schools is expected to release its recommendations of which schools to close at the end of the academic year.
13 schools are on the chopping block.
Recommendations will be made at tonight’s school board meeting.
Meanwhile, the district must also figure out how to redraw school zones because of those closures and new municipal schools.
