Did a Florida school go too far when a counselor reportedly shaved off an 11-year-old child’s Miami Heat-themed hairdo and it was against his parents’ wishes?

Apparently, the child’s stepfather, who runs a barbershop and gave the child the haircut, was told the haircut was okay by school officials.

The haircut was in anticipation of the young boy’s first trip to a Heat game.

Should fine dining restaurants ban babies?

Chef Grant Achatz in Chicago tweeted his frustration about an underage diner Saturday.

He says the child cries and diners are mad.

Then the chef goes on to tweet a picture of an item on the menu saying it’s definitely not baby food.

This debate sparked an outpour of debates on twitter.

And DIRECTV drops the Weather Channel!

Tuesday morning, the DIRECTV customers no longer had access to the Weather Channel.

This happened as a result of the two not being able to come to an agreement on a carriage deal.

The chairman of the Weather Channel said in the networks 32 years, they’ve never had a significant disruption due to the failure to reach a carriage agreement.
