Spinach Pancakes
1 egg white
Handful of spinach
2 scoops of Casein Protein
8 oz of water or milk of choice
5 tablespoons of oatmeal.
Blend all ingredients together. Cook on med-high heat until browning, then flip.
For the Sauce:
1 Cup of raspberries mashed
Add Agave to desired consistency
Garnish with Kiwi.
