Voters in Millington and 5 other suburban cities will soon get the chance to say if they even want their own district. The Election Commission this week approved putting the question on the August 2nd ballot but voters are getting a mixed message about the cost.
Last Friday on Live at 9, County Commissioner Mike Ritz said the suburbs are lowballing voters about the money. Mayors like Sharon Goldsworthy and Keith McDonald say Ritz is using “scare tactics” to get his way.
