Chef Andreas Kisler shows us how to make the perfect gravy, and the best way to carve a turkey. He’s an expert, after all; he and his staff are getting ready to serve approximately 1700 guests who will visit The Peabody for Thanksgiving brunch or dinner on Thursday. To get ready, the South’s Grand Hotel is preparing approximately 180 turkeys, 550 pounds of potatoes, 70 pounds of cranberries, along with 60 pounds of green beans and 60 pounds of free range chicken!
