The U.S. Department of Justice is conducting a review of the Memphis Police Department at the request of Memphis Police Director Mike Rallings.
George Fachner is a Police Researcher with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, or “COPS” for short.
