MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The fight against the opioid epidemic in America is moving from the streets the halls of justice as states around the country are starting to take big pharmaceutical companies to court.

They are being blamed for the problem.

Some district attorneys in East Tennessee have joined in and now local leaders are looking into doing so as well.
