MEMPHIS, Tenn. — March is Sleep Awareness Month.

According to new government statistics, one in three adults don’t get enough sleep.

And the news isn’t much better for our children. More than half of them aren’t sleeping enough.

It doesn’t just mean we’re groggy in the morning; being sleep deprived has long-term effects on our health.
