It’s a Tony Award winning classic Broadway musical and it is making a stop in the Mid-South just before the kids go back to school.
We are talking about The Music Man.
It became a hit on Broadway in 1957 and next weekend it is opening at the Germantown Community Theatre.
We had the show’s choreographer Leah Barrett and one of the actors, Christopher Loftis here to tell us about it.
Some of the familiar musical numbers include “Goodnight Ladies,” “Trouble,” “76 Trombones” and “Gary, Indiana”.
