We’re heading into the month of February which means a lot of you are preparing for St. Valentine’s Day.
Chef Konrad Spitzbart shared a St. Valentine’s Day recipe that will have you falling in love all over again.

Peabody Passion Fruit Tart or Pie
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups Condensed Milk
¾ cup Passion Fruit Puree
1/3 cup Egg Yolks
Mix Condensed Milk and Egg Yolks together, add Passion Fruit Puree and mix until combined.
Preheat oven to 330 F, pour filling into Graham Pie Shell or any other Tart Shell, then bake until just firm.
Cool in refrigerator and decorate when cold.
