The municipal schools issue is driving many voters to the polls. But the Transition Planning Commission believes they have come up with a plan for consolidation that is good for everyone. In fact, last night they approved the final draft of that plan. They effectively brought their work to an end. Commission members Dr. Barbara Prescott and Kenya Bradshaw are here with details of their now official recommendations.
