We’ve been talking a lot about the city budget on Live at 9 this week. The Memphis City Council is looking for ways to save taxpayers’ some money. It sounds odd, maybe, but the way your taxes are collected could be the answer. You still have to pay them, but Shelby County Trustee David Lenoir has an idea being considered by Mayor AC Wharton.
