David Kustoff easily won the race to succeed Stephen Fincher in Tennessee’s 8th Congressional District.
When he takes office in January, he’ll be representing 15 different counties including parts of Shelby County all the way up to the Kentucky border, and as far west as Madison, Carroll and Henry Counties.
