Earlier this week, Donald Trump even told voters in Wisconsin they could change their vote and switch to him if they had already voted early for Hillary Clinton.
We’d never heard of that, so we wondered, if that’s true, and if so, who can do it.
Turns out you can in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Each state has its own rules regarding changing a vote.
