Memphis City Council Member Shea Flinn decided to call it quits this week.
It was announced Flinn was taking a position as Senior Vice President of the Chairman’s Circle- a well financed group with the mission of turning around Memphis’s economy by addressing some of the major issues that keep it from reaching its potential.
