MEMPHIS, Tenn.– Memphis police are on the scene Thursday of a shooting at an apartment complex in Whitehaven. Police say a man was shot at the Peppertree Apartments on Eastwind Drive. The victim was transported to Regional One in non-critical condition. Police have one person in custody. This is an ongoing investigation.
