Let’s meet this week’s Furry Friend!
Her name is Pixel and this Black Lab is up for adoption through the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County.
Pixel is a total star.
She loves any and all attention!
She’s friendly with everyone she meets, other dogs, strangers, kids, and she even seems to do okay with cats.
Pixel needs a home where she can spend a lot of time napping outside, but one where she can come in when she wants to as well.
She enjoys short walks, nothing too far, because Pixel does have arthritis, so she will have to be on a joint supplement for the rest of her life, and likely pain medicine as well.
If Pixel sounds like the dog for you, give the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County a call at (901) 937-3900.
And while Pixel is already spayed, if you already have a pet that’s not spayed or neutered, and you’re on government assistance, the Humane Society offers the surgery for just $35 for dogs, and $30 for cats!
Here’s the hotline to set up an appointment, just call (901) 937-3918.
