Phoebe is a 3-year-old, Chinese Crested breed dog.
She came into the Memphis Animal Shelter as a stray, and is looking for a family to give her a “forever home”.
Phoebe is very sweet and friendly, and seems to do fine with people and other animals.
Phoebe is a hairless dog that may be good for people with allergies, who don’t want to deal with shedding.
If you decide to take her home, she’ll be spayed, micro chipped and up to date on all her shots.
