March is Women’s History Month, and WREG and our parent company Nexstar Media Group want to honor some of the most remarkable women in the Mid-South.

Tuesday we want to say happy birthday to Mrs. Elizabeth Woods Wiseman, who just turned 110 years young.

She was born in 1915 in Olive Branch, Mississippi, and went on to have seven children.

While raising them, she also worked along side her husband, Walter, on their farm.

Mrs. Wiseman has been a loyal member of Hurts Chapel CME church all of her 110 years.
