After battling a bit of food poisoning over the weekend… Ja Morant is back.

So is Vince Williams Junior.

It’s a clean injury report for the Memphis Grizzlies as they head to Charlotte to open the final week of the regular season with four games in six nights and an awful lot to play for. The team getting in a rare workout on Monday, sitting eighth in the Western Conference standings. But they are also only two games out of third.

That’s right, two games separating third from eighth in the West. Four teams, the Los Angeles Clippers, Golden State Warriors, Minnesota Timberwolves and Memphis, starting this final push for the playoffs with identical 46 and 32 records.

“Yeah, I think that’s crazy. You notice how close the seeding has been, but I just feel like, yeah, every game is super important. No matter who we play, even if they’re not in the race with us, we still need to beat them,” said Grizzlies guard Scotty Pippen Jr. “I feel like it’s going to be a good challenge for us and a good test for us going into the playoffs.”

But Pippen knows the Grizzlies just can’t get caught, looking ahead.

“Obviously, we see it. We all see it in the back of our minds, but it’s trying to take each game, game by game. We don’t want to get too far ahead. Right now we’re just focused on Charlotte.”

A game that tips off Tuesday at 6pm.
