WHAT’S AT STAKE

Coming off a league victory over Mississippi State, LSU looks to remain unbeaten on the season and in the SEC, while Auburn plays its first league game of 2015. Both teams entered this season widely seen as Western Division contenders, but Auburn has dropped in the polls after needing overtime to beat Jacksonville State of the FCS last weekend and could fall out of the Top 25 with a loss in Death Valley.

KEY MATCH UP

LSU’s pass rush, which sacked Dak Prescott three times last week, against Auburn QB Jeremy Johnson, who has thrown five interceptions already after getting picked off just twice in 78 passes the previous two seasons.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Auburn: RB Peyton Barber had 125 yards rushing and game-winning TD run in OT last week vs. Jacksonville State, a week after gaining 115 yards rushing in a season-opening victory over Louisville.

LSU: RB Leonard Fournette rushed for career highs of 159 yards and three TDs on 28 carries last week at Mississippi State.
