Mississippi State makes case for jumping back in national rankings

STARKVILLE, Miss. — The Mississippi State Bulldogs went into Saturday’s game with the Kentucky Wildcats just one spot out of the Top 25 rankings. After an impressive 42-16 win over the Wildcats, State may jump right back in the polls.

Bulldogs quarterback Dak Prescott totaled 465 yards of offense, ran for three touchdowns and passed for three more in State’s victory

The Bulldogs are now 6-2 overall, 2-2 in the SEC.
