MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The University of Memphis will face Penn State in the Cotton Bowl.
The game takes place at 11 a.m. Dec. 28 in Arlington, Texas.
The Tigers scored their bowl appearance after Saturday’s win over Cincinnati to clinch the American Athletic Conference Championship.
