Calling all jazz enthusiasts! Happening on Friday night, the Ben Hooks Library invites you to its Five Fridays of Jazz Festival. The event aims to bring together all who enjoy live performances. The event is free and begins at 6:30 p.m.
Speaking of the library, parents, there’s a storytime special in partnership with the zoo on Saturday at the Ben Hooks branch from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. Zoo staff will bring out a few animals and share amazing facts about them! Of course, it’s all free.
It’s getting warmer outside and crawfish season is upon us! Starting at 11 on Saturday morning, Momma’s is hosting its big crawfish boil, and to celebrate the season, there will be $5 beer, live music, and more!
Sunday Funday is the 10th Annual Soulful Food Truck Festival! Satisfy your soul with delicious eats, smooth beats, and community from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Tiger Lane. General admission is $8.
